Our Contract & Bill of Sale

Our dogs are registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) and the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club (CKCSC). Parents are health tested annually through the University of Minnesota. A five year health guarantee is given for Mitral Valve Disease. Mitral Valve Disease (MVD) is the gradual deterioration of the mitral valve between the left atrium and the left ventricle causing leakage of blood in the wrong direction. The first indication is a heart murmur, and the rate of deterioration is variable. Research has shown that even though a murmur may be detected the Cavalier can still live many happy years. I am commited to stand behind all my puppies and encourage a relationship with each and every puppy family.

  All of our puppies are raised in our home with our family and Ragdoll cats, the more the pups are exposed to, the easier their transition to a new home is.  They are usually ready to go to their new home between the ages of 9 - 12 weeks old, each puppy and each familiy situation is taken into consideration to decide the right time for the puppy to go to their new home. The pups are vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed, micro chiped and started on potty training. I also kennel train the pups which aids greatly in the potty training process.

Even though both sexes make wonderful companions the males tend to be even more snuggly, and patient. All of our puppies are AKC Registered and must be spayed or neutered by the age of six months.  We require this to protect this precious Cavalier breed, and the wonderful bloodlines we work with.  All the puppies come with a written health guarantee.
